How does the onboarding fee refund work?
Under the current terms, your full joining payment becomes refundable after your first referred customer makes their first successful payment for an eligible WhatsOS service. The referral must be attributed to your partner account, and that payment must follow your joining payment. Repeated payments do not earn another joining-fee refund. Cancelled or refunded customer payments do not qualify. Existing checkouts retain their recorded terms.
WhatsOS reviews the recorded payments and processes each refund to the original payment method. Refund progress appears in your partner dashboard. Bank processing times may vary. The full refund equals your original joining payment, including any GST charged. No additional currency conversion is applied to refunds.
How is my onboarding fee calculated?
In India, GST is added to the onboarding fee. Outside India, the fee is converted to USD, $1 is added, and no GST is charged. The current amount and total are shown before checkout and fixed for that payment.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is verified, you receive an email invitation to set your password. You can then sign in to your partner dashboard, access demos, register referrals and view earnings. If payment succeeds but the invitation does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact WhatsOS through the contact page. Do not make a second payment.
Where can I review my commission terms?
The partner dashboard contains the applicable commission terms, eligibility and payout records. Commission is based on eligible collected fees, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds and third-party charges. Earnings depend on successful referrals; no minimum income is guaranteed.
