Access to your WhatsApp business account, a suitable number and a developer for your integration. Payment alone does not complete business onboarding or guarantee template approval. Your setup progress is saved in your workspace.

What does the first-year fee include?
The first-year licence for one connected business sender per live project, OTP generation and verification API access, a test project, reporting and guided onboarding. Guidance covers account connection, authentication-template setup and test requests.
What does annual renewal cover?
Another year of access to the OTP service for your project. Renewal is manual, with no automatic debit. Custom development, extra numbers and separately quoted work are outside the base licence.
Does WhatsOS charge per OTP?
No. This annual package has no additional WhatsOS per-OTP or transaction fee. Request limits and abuse controls still apply; the package does not promise unlimited throughput.
Can I request a demo before signing up?
Yes. Fill in the demo request form with your contact details and requirements. Our team can contact you to arrange a walkthrough. No account or payment is needed to request a demo.
Is website or app integration included?
API documentation, examples, the WordPress verification plugin and onboarding guidance are available. Your developer connects verification to your application’s workflow. Custom website, app or ERP development requires an agreed scope and quote.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
WhatsOS supports a dedicated API number and Business app coexistence for eligible numbers. Coexistence is subject to account and number eligibility. Connecting an API-only number does not automatically enable the mobile app.
Does payment mean I can start sending immediately?
No. Live sending also requires the business account connection, a ready sender, an approved authentication template, delivery setup and service activation. Payment does not complete onboarding or guarantee template approval.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. A separate test project simulates delivery without sending WhatsApp messages. Its verification code is 123456. Use test API keys first, then switch to live keys after setup and activation.
What happens if an OTP message fails?
Inspect its delivery status and error code. Your backend can request a resend when the verification state and cooldown allow it. Resend returns a new verification ID; store it in place of the previous ID. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Is SMS fallback included?
No SMS fallback is implemented in this OTP service. If your application needs another verification channel, arrange it separately.
What happens when my licence expires?
New live OTP requests require an active subscription and are blocked after expiry. Renew from your OTP workspace. No automatic debit or expiry grace period is promised.
