Customers control which WhatsApp Business Account is connected to WhatsOS and may disconnect their account when they choose, subject to product, billing, audit, and legal retention requirements.
WhatsOS does not create personal WhatsApp accounts and does not operate unofficial WhatsApp automation. WhatsOS only works with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and official WhatsApp Cloud API capabilities.

AI processing may include customer questions, uploaded knowledge bases, product catalogues, FAQs, policies, service information, business instructions, and conversation context. AI responses are generated based on customer-provided information and configured behavior rules.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of uploaded business content and for reviewing AI behavior before using it in live customer communication.
7. Knowledge Base
Customers may upload or connect knowledge base sources such as PDFs, DOC files, CSV files, product catalogues, website URLs, FAQs, business policies, shipping information, return policies, service descriptions, and manually entered content.
