Service Use
WhatsOS provides a WhatsApp AI automation frontend connected to the AI Bot billing system and CRMAIBOT-powered AI knowledge services for customer accounts, plans, billing, and super admin workflows.
Customers must connect their own approved Meta WhatsApp Business Account, maintain required Meta approvals, obtain lawful opt-ins, and follow WhatsApp messaging, template, commerce, and 24-hour customer service window rules.
Packages, Add-ons, and Billing
WhatsOS uses a Basic Package plus add-on model. Package and add-on names, prices, usage limits, included features, display order, and active status are controlled by authorized administrators.
Payment processing is completed through the configured AI Bot billing system. If payment services are unavailable, activation may be paused until support confirms the billing status.
Integrations and Responsibility
Mail APIs, analytics tools, pixels, tag managers, conversion APIs, CRM webhooks, support widgets, Meta APIs, and similar third-party services may be configured by authorized admins.
Customers are responsible for the content they upload, the messages they send, the legality of their campaigns, and the accuracy of business information used by AI workflows.
Anti-Spam and Client Messaging Responsibility
Effective 28 October 2026. Version 2026-10-28.1. Read the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Scope and authority
These terms form part of the WhatsOS Terms of Service between the client business and Chayaza Private Limited, the operator of WhatsOS. They apply to messages sent through broadcasts, integrations, APIs, automations and team members using your workspace. You are responsible for your authorized users and must ensure they comply. Accept only if you have authority to bind the business.
Consent and audience responsibility
You must obtain and retain valid, informed permission for the type of WhatsApp messages you send, identify your business clearly, and keep evidence of when, how and for what purpose each recipient agreed. A phone number, purchase, enquiry, imported contact or previous conversation alone is not permission for unrelated marketing. You must promptly honour opt-outs received through any channel and keep suppression lists current. Provide relevant consent evidence through a secure channel when reasonably requested to investigate a complaint.
Prohibited messaging
You must not send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists without independently documented recipient permission, fabricate consent, mislead recipients, impersonate others, or send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or prohibited content. Do not reimport opted-out contacts, repeatedly retry restricted messages, rotate numbers or accounts, or otherwise evade Meta or WhatsOS controls. Compliance with applicable law and the current WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy is your responsibility.
Client control and provider decisions
You select your recipients, message content, timing, frequency and retries. AI suggestions, technical support, a successful connection, a payment, template approval or an eligibility check do not certify that your audience has consented or that a campaign is lawful. Meta independently controls template approval, delivery, quality ratings, messaging limits and account restrictions. WhatsOS does not guarantee delivery, campaign results, approval, uninterrupted access, or restoration of a restricted number or account. Stop further affected sends and investigate when restrictions or repeated failures appear.
Limits on WhatsOS responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WhatsOS and Chayaza Private Limited are not responsible for spam complaints, recipient claims, delivery failures, lost sales, reputational loss, suspension, banning or loss of a number or account to the extent caused by your contact lists, content, consent failures, sending practices, policy violations, or independent Meta decisions outside our reasonable control. We are a technology provider; using our tools does not transfer your messaging obligations to us. This clause does not exclude liability for our own fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence or breach of our obligations, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Client indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Chayaza Private Limited against third-party claims and reasonable, documented losses, costs and legal expenses to the extent caused by your unlawful messaging, lack of required consent, infringement of third-party rights or breach of these terms. This does not cover losses caused by our own fault or sums that cannot lawfully be recovered from you. We will notify you promptly, reasonably cooperate and allow a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defence. No settlement imposing obligations on you will be made without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
Enforcement and charges
WhatsOS may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate affected messaging access where reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, protect recipients, comply with law or meet provider requirements. We may request consent evidence before restoring access; urgent protective action may precede notice. Contact support to request a review. We do not promise that Meta will remove its own restrictions. Client misuse or a provider restriction does not itself create an automatic refund entitlement. Applicable service charges, provider charges and credits remain governed by the published pricing, Refund Policy and mandatory law; a failed message is not automatically deemed billable by this clause.
Acceptance and records
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting Accept terms, you agree to these provisions on behalf of the business. WhatsOS records the workspace, authenticated user, acceptance time, policy version and a copy and fingerprint of the accepted text to evidence the agreement and resolve disputes, as described in the Privacy Policy. This acknowledgement is separate from each recipient's permission and never restores an opt-out. Material revisions require a new affirmative acceptance before a new broadcast send, schedule, test or retry. Declining leaves those actions unavailable; you may still view results, prepare drafts and cancel pending campaigns. Acceptance does not start or retry a campaign.
Client acceptance: I have read and accept the Anti-Spam and Client Messaging Responsibility terms, including client responsibility, indemnity and the limits on WhatsOS liability. I confirm that I am authorized to accept for this business and will send only lawful, consented messages.
