How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your WhatsOS account and all associated data, you may use either of the following methods.
Option 1: Delete from Your Account (Recommended)
- Log in to your WhatsOS account.
- Go to Settings -> Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Your request will be processed automatically.
Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to reach@ibadvisory.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
Please include the details below so that we can verify and process your request.
- Your registered email address.
- Your company name.
- Your WhatsApp Business phone number, if applicable.
- Reason for deletion, optional.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete applicable WhatsOS account data and associated platform records.
- User profile information.
- Company information.
- Connected WhatsApp Business configuration.
- Lead records.
- Contacts.
- Conversation history stored by WhatsOS.
- AI training data and knowledge base.
- Uploaded documents.
- Campaign data.
- API credentials and integration settings.
- Subscription information, except legally required billing records.
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes. These records are retained only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
- Invoice and payment records.
- Tax-related records.
- Security logs.
- Fraud prevention records.
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)
If your WhatsApp Business Account has been connected through Meta, disconnecting your account from WhatsOS does not automatically delete information maintained by Meta.

Processing Time
Most deletion requests are completed within 7 business days.
Requests requiring additional verification may take up to 30 days.

Data Controller
WhatsOS is a software platform developed and operated by IB Advisory, acting as the data processor for customer organizations using the platform.
Each customer organization remains the data controller for the customer data processed through their WhatsOS account.
